The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), the official governing body of college tennis and the sport’s coaches association, is looking for a talented and versatile individual to fill the position of Videographer & Social Media Manager. This role is crucial in the dynamic and ever-changing environments of higher education and intercollegiate athletics.
The selected candidate will report directly to the ITA Director of Marketing, Communications, and Advanced Media and will:
Serve as the lead videographer and provide photography support for the ITA
Create and edit video features, highlights, interviews, and other on-demand content for the ITA website and various outlets, including:
ITA social media channels
ITA YouTube page
Coordinate with ITA partners for promotional opportunities related to college tennis
Cover video and photo content for:
ITA Championships
End-of-Year College Tennis Championships
ITA Coaches Convention
ITA Awards
ITA Communities
Other assigned projects
Utilize existing in-house resources for video content and source video content from institutions for ITA-produced features and content
Manage the ITA video archival system
Lead ITA social media channels
Curate engaging content to promote college tennis and boost visibility among targeted audiences on all platforms

Assist in editing and producing ITA Podcasts
Act as an ITA media liaison
Collaborate with media and marketing contacts at ITA allied partners, such as the NCAA, USTA, and ITA sponsors/partners
Other responsibilities as needed
Qualified candidates should have the following:
Skills as a technically proficient and artistic videographer
Experience creating engaging social media content
Ability to innovate and problem-solve effectively
Can work independently and in teams
Open to taking on new tasks
Highly organized and able to handle pressure
Ability to initiate and complete projects within set deadlines
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Sports Information, Communication, Journalism, Marketing/PR, or a related field
Experience managing social media campaigns
Experience managing various social media channels in a collegiate athletics department or professional organization
Photography skills
Knowledge of still and motion graphics design
Proficiency in Adobe Suite products
Experience in creating video content
Willingness to experiment and bring creativity to the role
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in content management systems and computer skills
Experience working with outside vendors, agencies, and photographers
Ability to complete projects within tight deadlines
Background in tennis or collegiate sports preferred
