The news is out: Linkin Park will headline the 2024 League of Legends World Championship anthem.
The anthem, “Heavy is the Crown,” is a new song from Linkin Park’s upcoming album, From Zero, set to release on Friday, Nov. 15. This will be the band’s eighth studio album in nearly 24 years.

Riot’s Maria Egan said, “The Worlds anthem is the most anticipated music moment for League players each year, and it holds a prominent place in the music world. We’re thrilled to partner with Linkin Park for the 2024 anthem.”
Riot described “Heavy is the Crown” as a monumental collaboration, culminating in a live performance at Worlds 2024 in the U.K. on Nov. 2.
The video premiere for the anthem will be on Tuesday, Sept. 24, and Linkin Park will perform at The O2 Arena in London.
