Monday is an easy day!
Most of the country has had their state meets (California is the latest, with November 2). Many young cross-country
runners are preparing for the NIKE NXN and the 45th FootLocker, Presented by HOKA, Cross Country Championships.

Week 9, Day 1, Monday, November 11, 2024
Warm-up well,
45-55 minutes of running, 6 x 150 meter stride-outs,
cool-down well,
Check your shoes and make sure that your training shoes
are ready for 8-9 more weeks of training. (Most shoes make it 12-16 weeks of training)
If not, go to a local running store and find one or two pairs of good training shoes.
