CHICAGO (January 7, 2025) — Eight Chicago Sky players are currently participating or set to play in domestic or overseas play this offseason. Below are the listed players, their respective teams, league, and country.

Lindsay Allen — Botaş SK (KBSL, Turkey)

Chennedy Carter and Wuhan went 4-1 over the past two weeks, with Carter helping the team to a trio of big wins. On Dec. 26, Carter scored 40 points for the fourth time this WCBA season to go along with nine rebounds, seven assists, and three steals in a three-point victory over Henan.
Carter followed up her 40-point game with another near-triple-double, going for 35 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists along with four steals. She missed the team’s next two games before returning on Jan. 6, where she scored 22 points and six assists in 19 minutes.
In 15 games this season, Carter is averaging 30.7 points, 7.9 rebounds, 6.1 assists, and 2.7 steals. She’s shooting 50.4% from the field.
Wuhan is now 15-4 on the season, sitting atop the Group B WCBA standings. Wuhan next plays on Jan. 8 against Tianjin.
Kamilla Cardoso continued her strong first season in the WCBA with 21 points, 16 rebounds, and five assists in a Dec. 27 win against Shanxi. She scored 12 points, three rebounds, and three assists on Dec. 30 in a loss to Inner Mongolia before scoring a 23-point, 14-rebound double-double on Jan. 2.
Cardoso had a career game on Jan. 4 against Hebei, notching career highs of 37 points and eight assists while pulling down a game-high 15 rebounds. She scored 10 points and seven rebounds in a blowout win over Fujian on Jan. 7. The one-time WCBA Player of the Week is now averaging 20.3 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 3.3 assists this season.
Shanghai is now 13-7, ranking third in the WCBA’s Group A2. Shanghai and Cardoso next play on Jan. 10 against Shandong.
Beşiktaş is now up to four wins in a row after Dana Evans helped the club win a pair of games on Dec. 24 and Jan 4. Evans scored 15 points, three rebounds, and two assists on Dec. 24 against Bodrum before notching a team-high 21 points along with five rebounds and five assists on Jan. 4.
Evans is averaging 17.7 points, 5.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.5 steals this season.
After the pair of wins, Beşiktaş is 8-5 and ranks fifth in the KBSL standings. By defeating Gorzow Wielkopolski in the EuroCup playoffs, Beşiktaş clinched a spot in the next round, which takes place in two games on Jan. 9 and 16.
Lindsay Allen helped Botaş pick up a 72-45 victory over Bodrum on Jan. 4, snapping a two-game skid for the club. She recorded 12 points and five rebounds in that win. Allen filled up the stat sheet over the past two weeks, recording a team-high 18 points on Dec. 24 against Fenerbahce and notching eight points, six rebounds, and 10 assists on Dec. 29 against Kayseri. Her outing against Kayseri marked her second game this season with 10 or more assists.
In total, Allen is averaging 16.2 points, 6.1 assists, and 3.5 rebounds this season while shooting 49.4% from the field, 36.1% from three, and 84.4% from the free-throw line. Botaş sits at ninth in the KBSL standings and next plays on Jan. 18 against Mersin.
Brianna Turner turned in a pair of big performances over the past two weeks. She notched a 12-point, 19-rebound double-double to go along with two assists and three blocks on Jan. 3 versus Canberra. Turner recorded another double-double on Jan. 5, scoring 15 points and 14 rebounds. In that game, she stole the ball three times and recorded a WNBL season-high six blocks. She also recorded two points and four assists on Dec. 27.
Turner is averaging 10.3 points, 11.8 rebounds, 3.4 blocks, and 2.7 steals per game this season for Adelaide. Adelaide is 5-9 but sits in fourth in the WNBL standings, 3.5 games behind Townsville. Turner and Adelaide next play on Jan. 11 against Canberra.
Angel Reese begins playing in Unrivaled beginning on Jan. 17, suiting up for Team Rose. Unrivaled games can be viewed on Max, and Reese’s Team Rose is set to play its first game at 7:15 CT.
