Week 3, Day 7, Recovery Week Three
Today, engage in a 50-60 minute moderate run.
We have reached the conclusion of the third week of our two—to three-week recovery period. The purpose is to give yourself a physical, mental, and spiritual break. Take the time to read books, rest, have fun, and spend time outdoors enjoying nature.
For this week, we recommend daily (4-5) 45-minute runs during the cooler parts of the day, in a relaxed manner, as a warm-up for the upcoming Summer Mileage Program, a tradition we have upheld since the early 2000s.
Enjoy your long run today as we ease into a relaxed week and introduce you to our summer mileage program.
