Next year’s Netball World Youth Cup will be held from the 19th to the 28th of September. So far, 17 teams have earned their spot for the event by being pre-qualified or winning through the regional qualifiers held over the past year.
The five pre-qualified teams were the top four from the last WYNC held in 2017 (New Zealand, Australia, England, and Fiji) and the hosts of next year’s tournament, Gibraltar. That left 15 places up for grabs, with three nations progressing from each of the five regional qualifiers. So far, the Qualifiers have been completed in Africa, Asia, Oceania, and The Americas. You can scroll down to find the teams that qualified from those events.
This week in Wales, six European teams will be battling it out for the final three places in the 20-team draw. The matches will be held at the Cardiff City House of Sport. Games on the final three days of the event will be streamed on the Europe Netball YouTube channel.
