They are center Creed Humphrey, defensive tackle Chris Jones, left guard Joe Thuney, tight end Travis Kelce and right guard Trey Smith. Humphrey, Jones and Thuney are considered “starters.”
Eight Kansas City players were named alternates: cornerback Trent McDuffie, linebacker Nick Bolton, quarterback Patrick Mahomes, running back Carson Steele, defensive end George Karlaftis, punter Matt Araiza, linebacker Leo Chenal and kicker Harrison Butker.
Mahomes’ absence on the initial roster snaps a six-year streak for the quarterback. The AFC quarterbacks who made the roster are the Buffalo Bills’ Josh Allen, the Cincinnati Bengals’ Joe Burrow and the Baltimore Ravens’ Lamar Jackson.
The Ravens led the way with nine selections, followed by the Detroit Lions with seven, the Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles with six and the Dallas Cowboys with five — like the Chiefs.
The 2025 Pro Bowl Games will be a multi-day AFC versus NFC competition culminating on Sunday, February 2, at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida. Fans can visit ProBowl.com/tickets to buy tickets for Sunday’s event, which will also be televised from 2 to 5 p.m. Arrowhead Time on ESPN, ABC, Disney XD, ESPN+ and ESPN Deportes.
The consensus votes of fans, players and coaches determine roster selections. Kelce finished first among all NFL players in fan voting.
