Clark, who set a single-season WNBA record with 329 assists, also broke the rookie-record for points with 761 this season, surpassing Seimone Augustus’ mark of 744 set in 2006.
After the game, Clark paid tribute to Augustus, recalling a memory of getting a picture with her on her dad’s old phone when she was younger and admiring her game.
The Fever (20-19) secured the No 6 seed in the playoffs after defeating the Wings, setting up a first-round matchup with the third-seeded Connecticut Sun whom they will face next Sunday.
Indiana tied their franchise record for single-game scoring and made the most threes in a game this season. They shot 47% from three-point range and 86% from the free-throw line in the win.
