Josh Allen had an impressive performance, throwing four touchdown passes in the first half as the Buffalo Bills dominated the Jacksonville Jaguars with a 47-10 victory on Monday night. The Bills scored on each of their first five drives, with Allen completing 22 of 28 passes for 247 yards in the first half alone.
Allen connected with nine different receivers and finished the game with 263 yards on 23 of 30 passing. He spread the wealth with touchdown passes to Dalton Kincaid, Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir, and Ty Johnson, while James Cook scored the opening touchdown with a six-yard run.
The Bills’ defense was also stellar, holding the Jaguars to just 70 yards, five first downs, and a field goal in the first half. The game was essentially over by halftime when Allen completed a 16-yard touchdown pass to Johnson.
Safety Damar Hamlin added to the rout with his first career interception, picking off an overthrown pass from Lawrence intended for Brian Thomas Jr. Hamlin’s interception led to a 27-yard touchdown pass from Allen to Shakir.
The win marked the Bills’ first 3-0 start since 2020, while the Jaguars continue to struggle, falling to a 0-3 record for the season. Lawrence and the Jaguars are facing mounting pressure after their latest defeat.
Washington Commanders 38–33 Cincinnati Bengals
In another surprising upset, rookie Jayden Daniels led the Washington Commanders to a 38-33 victory over Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals. Daniels threw for two touchdowns and ran for another score in a remarkable performance.

Daniels set an NFL rookie record for completion percentage in a single game at 91.3%, finishing 21 of 23 for 254 yards. The Commanders have been impressive, scoring on almost every possession and not punting or turning the ball over in their last two games.
The Bengals, on the other hand, struggled to keep up, despite Burrow’s 324 yards and three touchdown passes. Washington’s defense and Daniels’ performance were too much for Cincinnati to handle.
Daniels showcased his skills with a one-yard touchdown pass to tackle Trent Scott and a 27-yard touchdown pass to Terry McLaurin to seal the game. Washington’s rushing attack was also effective, with rushing touchdowns from Brian Robinson Jr, Austin Ekeler, and Daniels in the first half.
