Larry Eder
Larry Eder has been involved in the sport of athletics for 52 years. He has been an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now works as a journalist and blogger. His first article, about Don Bowden, America’s first sub-4 minute miler, was published in RW in 1983. Larry has also published several magazines on athletics, including American Athletics and the U.S. edition of Spikes magazine. Currently, he oversees the content and marketing for the RunningNetwork, The Shoe Addicts, and RunBlogRun. Larry describes RunBlogRun, his daily immersion in the sport, as a passion, saying: “I love traveling to various meets, writing about the sport I love, and sharing stories of athletes I admire with my readers at runblogrun.com, more than anything else I’ve ever done, aside from running itself.” He also provides updates for BBC Sports at major events, which he thoroughly enjoys.
