When it finally releases, this game will immerse players in a world that combines Eastern European brutalism with retro-futuristic technology.
The protagonist in the game’s reveal trailer is seen wearing a bulky suit and wielding a pistol, hinting at the unsettling places we will explore and the grotesque enemies we will encounter.
Cronos: The New Dawn Release Date
The release date for Cronos: The New Dawn is currently set for 2025, where players will face the aftermath of a catastrophic event referred to as The Change.
Players will take on the role of a Traveler, an agent of the mysterious Collective organization, navigating futuristic wastelands and searching for time rifts to the 1980s-era Poland.
The goal is to locate key individuals from the past, extract their essence using the all-powerful Harvester, and return to the devastated future.
While Bloober Team has established itself as a horror game developer, the release of Cronos: The New Dawn marks their first venture into third-person survival horror.
The game is planned to launch on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, with more details to be revealed in the coming months.
