Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen are at odds with each other. The seven-time Formula 1 world champion has criticized his rival’s aggressive driving style, to which the Red Bull driver has indirectly responded. Max Verstappen seems indifferent to Hamilton’s comments, focusing only on winning, no matter who the opponent is. The possibility of a rematch between the two in 2025, with Hamilton potentially moving to Ferrari, doesn’t bother Verstappen much.
In an interview with Sport Bild, Max Verstappen stated that Hamilton joining Ferrari doesn’t affect him: “I don’t care. It didn’t surprise me. I want to beat every driver and every car, regardless of who is behind the wheel. The interest in Hamilton’s move is positive for F1.” Verstappen also commented on the potential partnership between Hamilton and Charles Leclerc at Ferrari.
Max Verstappen dismissed any thoughts of driving for Ferrari in the future, focusing on winning with Red Bull. He sees Ferrari as a successful brand but is content with his current team. Verstappen believes Hamilton’s move to Ferrari was the right choice for him at this stage of his career.
