Caitlin Clark should be compensated for her talent, especially considering the low salary she receives in the WNBA.
A CEO shared on LinkedIn four months ago that he was considering having Clark speak at an event virtually, with her participation fee starting at $100,000. He noted that because Clark did not make the Team USA women’s basketball team, she could potentially earn a significant amount by giving virtual speeches during the WNBA mid-season Olympic hiatus.

During her Rookie of the Year campaign, Clark reportedly earned only $76,535 as part of her four-year, $338,056 WNBA contract. However, she has secured lucrative endorsement deals, including an $28 million, eight-year contract with Nike.
Unrivaled, a 3-on-3 women’s league in the WNBA offseason, is attempting to recruit Clark with an offer of $1 million annually and equity in the league. Clark’s friend Lexie Hull has already joined the league, founded by WNBA players Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart.

Unlike many WNBA players, Clark is focused on building her personal brand and may not need to play in an offseason league. She has shown her competitiveness in various aspects, even dominating in golf alongside Hull.
One commenter suggested that fans could contribute to bring Clark for a speaking engagement, highlighting her popularity and potential.
