Unrivaled is a new 3v3 league in the WNBA offseason co-founded by Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier. The league is set to debut in January 2025 with 36 players. Two spots are still available after players from the Atlanta Dream and Los Angeles Sparks joined.
Jordin Canada from the Dream was the 34th player to sign up, known for her defensive skills as a guard. She will be playing alongside teammates like Allisha Gray and Rhyne Howard.
Rae Burrell, a 24-year-old guard from the Los Angeles Sparks, also joined Unrivaled. She was drafted from Tennessee in 2022 and has now signed up with the league. Burrell is the fourth Sparks player to join, along with other talents like Azura Stevens, Dearica Hamby, and Rickea Jackson from different WNBA teams.
Players like Angel Reese from the Chicago Sky and Aliyah Boston from the Indiana Fever have also joined Unrivaled’s inaugural season. Player development is a key focus for the league, offering competitive salaries and the ability for players to stay in the U.S. during the offseason.

How Unrivaled will work
Players will be selected by a committee based on skill and position and the season will start on January 17, 2025 in Miami, Florida.
