Developer Saber Interactive’s post-launch plans for Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 are looking promising and extend well into 2025. Players and modders have been actively working on new ways to enhance the single-player and co-op experiences.

Space Marine 2 modding supported by Saber Interactive with a condition
Game director Dmitriy Grigorenko acknowledges the growing modding scene in Space Marine 2. To address issues related to mods, Saber Interactive will restrict mods from public online sessions in December. However, private Operations and custom Eternal War lobbies will allow dedicated players to use mods freely. Additionally, the developer will provide tools to simplify mod creation.
