Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese is known for her directness and candid opinions, especially when it comes to dealing with Internet trolls who criticize her talent.
Recently, a comment on X (formerly Twitter) questioned Reese’s ability to make layups. In response, Reese pointed out her impressive achievements as a rookie, including being drafted 7th in her class and becoming an all-star despite shooting 39% from the field.
Despite facing criticism for her shooting, Reese had a standout rookie season with the Chicago Sky, becoming the fastest rookie to achieve 20 double-doubles and the first rookie to record a triple-double.
