The upcoming game between the New York Giants and the New Orleans Saints at MetLife Stadium on Sunday will see the Giants facing significant challenges due to multiple injuries.
Among their numerous injuries, head coach Brian Daboll disclosed on Friday that rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers is now grappling with a hip problem that necessitated an MRI. This comes after he was already limited in practice because of a groin injury.
“He won’t be practicing today. He has a hip flexor,” Daboll stated. “However, he has not been ruled out.”
Other players like defensive lineman Rakeem Nunez-Roches and linebacker Bobby Okereke were absent from practice and have been ruled out for Week 14.
Even those who did some work, like cornerback Deonte Banks, did not make enough progress to be available to play against the Saints.
