BRAVE Combat Federation’s return event to Bahrain, BRAVE CF 91 just got bigger as MMA world Champion and former BRAVE CF superstar Ilia Topuria has been announced as the special guest for the event.
Topuria will attend the event and noted that he is looking forward to meeting his friend and founder of BRAVE CF, His Highness Shaikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
“I will be at the BRAVE CF event this December 13 at the Khalifa Sports City Arena. I also look forward to meeting all the great people of Bahrain and specially to meet my friend Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Mohammed Shahid. So, see you all in Bahrain, cannot wait to be there,” Topuria noted.
Prior to moving elsewhere, Topuria fought twice in BRAVE Combat Federation, securing first-round finishes in both occasions, and gaining global recognition. The last time he was at the Khalifa Sports City Arena, he had secured a viral knockout win over Steven Goncalves at BRAVE CF 29 and now, as he returns to the Arena as a guest for BRAVE CF 91, it marks a memorable occasion.
Currently undefeated in his professional MMA career with a record of 16 wins and no losses, Topuria is one of the best Featherweight fighters on the planet and is among the top five pound-for-pound fighters in the world.
BRAVE CF 91 will be headlined by the Bantamweight title showdown between champion Nkosi Ndebele and challenger Nicholas Hwende. The event also features the return of the best undefeated Flyweight in the world Muhammad Mokaev and Arab MMA legend Hamza Kooheji.
Held as part of the BRAVE International Combat week, BRAVE CF 91 will be the eleventh event of the year for BRAVE Combat Federation and marks the return of the organization to Bahrain after a historic year around the world. The event precedes BRAVE CF 92 on December 15, wrapping up 2024 for the most global MMA organization in the world.
