The FIA has confirmed the official entry list for the 2025 Formula One World Championship.
Notably absent from the list is Liam Lawson’s name, as the seat currently held by the New Zealander, and previously by Daniel Ricciardo, is listed as “TBC” (to be confirmed) while Red Bull deliberates over Sergio Perez’s future.
Perez claims to have a valid contract for 2025 and will remain in the car, but speculation fueled by Christian Horner, Helmut Marko, and Max Verstappen suggests otherwise.
Aside from the uncertainty surrounding the second Red Bull driver, which will impact the second seat at ‘Racing Bulls’, the rest of the 2025 grid has been finalized.
The entry list confirms the race numbers for newcomers Oliver Bearman, Kimi Antonelli, Gabriel Bortoleto, and Jack Doohan.
Bortoleto will use the number 5, previously associated with Sebastian Vettel, while Doohan has chosen the iconic number of Stirling Moss.
Doohan sported number 61 on his debut in Abu Dhabi with Alpine.
Bearman previously used numbers 38 and 50 with Ferrari and Haas, but will feature number 87 in his debut season with Haas.
