In the video, Naomi can be seen performing a core exercise so challenging that it demonstrates the rigorous training that professional athletes undergo daily. Balancing on gym equipment with her shoulder blades and feet, her midsection—where she gave birth just a year and a half ago—is suspended in the air while another person stands on her stomach! To further increase the difficulty, Naomi lifts one leg, maintaining her balance with only her shoulder blades and one foot.
