The final Community Day event of the year in Pokémon Go is here, featuring all the Pokémon from previous Community Days throughout the year for a second chance to catch them.
During the December Community Day event, you can encounter and evolve all the Pokémon that appeared in Community Days in 2024. Evolving these Pokémon during the event will allow them to learn special moves that they wouldn’t learn otherwise. This is a rare opportunity to obtain these moves without using an Elite Training Machine. Make sure to complete the Special Research tasks quickly as the event only runs from Dec. 21 to Dec. 22.
Don’t miss the chance to complete the paid Special Research during the December 2024 Community Day event, which takes place from Dec. 21 to Dec. 22. Use these two days wisely to catch as many Pokémon as possible and complete the Special Research tasks.
Each reward in the Special Research tasks requires evolving the previous Community Day Pokémon to their final form to teach them the exclusive attack move they can learn. For example, evolving Goomy into Goodra allows it to learn Thunder Punch. Make sure to evolve your Pokémon before the event ends on Dec. 22 to teach them these special moves.
