OJAI, Calif. – Top collegiate talent is set to clash at the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) State Championships, held from April 23-27 at various parks in the Ojai area.
The five-day tournament will begin on Wednesday, April 23, with the team championship final. In the Women’s bracket, a pair of top-ranked teams will play for a team title, as No. 1 American River will play No. 1 Bakersfield at 10 a.m. PDT at Ventura College.
The Men’s final, a showdown between No. 2 Foothill vs. No. 4 Irvine Valley, is slated for a 1 p.m. start at Ventura College.
Singles and doubles play will kick off Thursday morning across town at Ventura College, Pierpont Racquet Club, Oxnard High School and Buena High School.
