Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Grimlore Games today revealed Titan Quest 2’s early access roadmap, offering a glimpse at how the freshly released action-RPG will evolve over the coming months. Although there are no set dates for each piece of content, the developer is aiming to release major content updates “roughly every three months,” alongside more frequent smaller updates for fixes and balancing.
In the near future, Titan Quest 2’s early access roadmap promises a brand new chapter in the campaign, a character creator that offers more control over designing our avatar, alongside a new mastery that, while unnamed, is depicted through a character wearing leather armor and wielding a hammer.

The developer also shared a list of other features that are coming to the game throughout 2026. Here is the full, non-exhaustive list as shared in the Titan Quest II early access roadmap above:

In an FAQ video, which you can watch below, Lead Systems Designer Balint Marczin offers additional information on how the developer will approach building the highly anticipated sequel.
For starters, Titan Quest II will not feature any microtransactions, although premium expansions and DLCs aren’t ruled out after the game fully launches.
At the time of writing, the team aims to have the game’s 1.0 version out at some point in late 2026.
The title’s price, currently set at $29.99/€29.99 or your regional equivalent, will also increase to $49.99/€49.99 once it fully releases.
Mounts are not planned, since they would have “a serious impact on pacing, traversal, and combat mechanics.”
Although the developer has yet to commit to a final number of masteries for the game’s full version, it currently believes there will be “at least six.”
Similarly, while it hasn’t spoken on its plans for endgame content, it is developing this segment of TQII internally and will reveal more details later.
Titan Quest II’s early access roadmap offers more clarity in terms of the developer’s plans for the sequel, which surprise-launched as 2025’s THQ Nordic Digital Showcase aired earlier this month. Now available on PC, it will also make its way to consoles by the time its 1.0 update drops.
