Position Overview
We are currently seeking a high-level Tennis/Padel Coach where the role combines coaching excellence, client care, and managing operations in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing tennis and padel lessons adapted to every client
Attending management meetings
Promoting tennis and padel programs on site
Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction
Candidate Profile
High-level tennis background (ATP / WTA / ITF experience preferred)
Fluent English speaker – Russian will be a big plus
Coaching experience required in tennis and padel
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and communication abilities
