ATHENS, Ga. – North Florida women’s soccer fell to No. 13 Georgia, 6-0, at the Turner Soccer Complex on Thursday night.
Redshirt freshman goalkeeper Chrissa Avery made her first collegiate start and totaled two saves in 45 minutes of action. Redshirt junior defender Brenna Robinson made her second career start and first start since 2022.
Sophomore defender Julia Cosgrove played the full time and 22 Ospreys logged action.Â
Avery collected her pair of saves throughout the initial 11 minutes of action. Redshirt goalkeeper Audrey Johnson secured her first collegiate save during the 57th minute of action. Johnson ended the match with four saves, all coming in the second half of action.Â
North Florida will remain in the state of Georgia when it battles Kennesaw State at Walens Family Field at Fifth Third Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. ET.
