WNBA All-Star 2024: Snubs, top questions after roster named

Exciting rookies Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese will be playing together in Phoenix for the 2024 WNBA All-Star Game. Both players, who have had standout performances this season, will represent Team WNBA as they face Team USA on July 20 at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC. The two rookies, who have been considered for rookie of the year, will now be teammates after being rivals since the 2023 NCAA finals.

Clark, along with Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell, will represent the Indiana Fever on Team WNBA, while DeWanna Bonner and Brionna Jones will represent the Connecticut Sun.

In addition to the American 5-on-5 Olympians on Team USA, Dearica Hamby of the Los Angeles Sparks, who is a 2024 Olympian playing for the 3×3 team, will also be competing in the All-Star Game.

In the 2021 All-Star Game before the Tokyo Olympics, Team WNBA defeated Team USA 93-85, led by MVP Arike Ogunbowale. This year, Ogunbowale is back on Team WNBA.
