The Definitive Ranking of 2026 Formula 1 Ticket Prices

China continues to sell the cheapest tickets on the F1 calendar in 2026, data from our extensive annual analysis of Formula 1 ticket prices shows.

This analysis is based on official three-day ticket price data from 21 of 24 races on the 2026 F1 calendar. We have used 2025 ticket price data for Las Vegas, Qatar and Abu Dhabi, where tickets are not yet on sale for 2026. This analysis will be updated when all 2026 tickets have gone on sale.

Please do not use ticket price data from this analysis without proper attribution to GPDestinations.com

According to our annual analysis of 2026 Formula 1 tickets, prices in local currencies have risen year on year by an average of 6.4% (compared to 5.4% in 2025). Whilst prices have either remained either the same (especially at races with significant government funding) or risen more or less in line with inflation at the majority of races, we can observe large price hikes in local currencies at a handful of races, notably the Dutch Grand Prix (18.3% increase), Canadian Grand Prix and Singapore Grand Prix (both 22.7% increase). All three races with the highest ticket price appreciation will be holding F1 Sprint weekends for the first time in 2026.

For the purposes of this ranking, we’ve analyzed three common types of F1 tickets available at each race across the calendar; General Admission (the cheapest tickets available, which don’t offer a reserved seat), the cheapest available grandstand tickets (reserved seats), and grandstand seats opposite the pits and starting grid. To calculate the average price of 3-day tickets at each race, we’ve averaged the prices of the three ticket categories. Without detailed data for the number of tickets sold at each race in each grandstand, this average is only an estimate. Please be aware that ranking F1 ticket prices is not an exact science. Prices and exchange rates are subject to change. Scroll to the end of the article for more information about how these rankings were calculated.

China Sells 2026’s Cheapest F1 Tickets, Las Vegas Most Expensive

The cheapest tickets on the 2026 F1 calendar, which cost on average $220 USD, are sold at the Chinese Grand Prix. Other races with cheap average ticket prices include the Bahrain Grand Prix ($296 USD), the Japanese Grand Prix ($300 USD) and the Sao Paulo Grand Prix ($333 USD). It’s worth noting, however, that official tickets for the races in Shanghai and Sao Paulo (in particular) are snapped up very quickly by local buyers, forcing the majority of international fans into paying higher prices via international ticket companies. Tickets are not yet on sale for this year’s Qatar Grand Prix, though tickets for this race are expected to remain amongst the cheapest on the current calendar. Despite increased ticket prices in recent years, the Hungarian Grand Prix ($386 USD) still offers the cheapest average ticket prices in Europe.

The average 3-day F1 ticket price across the 2026 calendar is $536 USD. In USD, this represents a 8.6% increase over 2025 ($488 USD). When expressed in local currencies, prices for the three ticket types we have analyzed are on average 6.4% higher than in 2025.

At the other end of the scale, races with high average ticket prices include the Miami Grand Prix ($758 USD), Singapore Grand Prix ($760 USD), Mexico City Grand Prix ($761 USD) and the Monaco Grand Prix ($887 USD). Tickets are not yet on sale for 2026, but we are expecting that the Las Vegas Grand Prix will continue to sell the most expensive tickets on the F1 calendar ($1,008 USD in 2025). The only new race on the calendar in 2026, the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid, offers the sixth most expensive average ticket prices ($734 USD). Just like the British Grand Prix, ticket prices at the Madring are subject to dynamic pricing, which has resulted in substantial price increase since the launch of ticket sales in September.

2026 Average F1 Ticket Prices 6.4% Higher in Local Currency

Formula 1 ticket prices have continued to rise in 2026 when expressed in local currencies, averaging an increase of 6.4% (compared to a 5.4% increase in 2025). Comparing the three main categories of F1 tickets in our analysis, we can see General Admission ticket prices increasing at the highest rate (7.5%) compared to the price of the cheapest reserved seats (4.7% increase) and main grandstand seats (7% increase).

Ticket prices have not been materially reduced in local currencies at any of the races already on sale for 2026. Prices have remained unchanged (or are only minimally higher) at the Japanese Grand Prix, Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Miami Grand Prix (though the cheapest “Campus Passes” are not yet on sale), Azerbaijan Grand Prix and Mexico City Grand Prix.

As we mentioned earlier, some of the highest local-currency price increases in 2026 can be observed at races that will stage an F1 Sprint for the first time. Ticket prices in local currency are 18.3% higher for the Dutch Grand Prix and 22.7% higher for both the Canadian Grand Prix and Singapore Grand Prix. Other races that have increased local ticket prices substantially in 2026 include the Monaco Grand Prix (10.1%) and Barcelona Grand Prix (14.1%).

General Admission F1 Ticket Prices 2026

Of the three ticket categories analysed, General Admission ticket prices have increased by the largest amount from 2025 to 2026 (7.5% higher in local currency). The cheapest GA tickets on the 2026 calendar can still be found at the Chinese Grand Prix, where three-day access to the C, F and J General Admission areas costs only 480 CNY (approx. $68 USD), unchanged from 2025. The difficulty is getting your hands on these tickets, which were sold out in minutes due to huge local demand. Other races with cheap General Admission tickets include the Japanese Grand Prix ($122 USD), Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and Italian Grand Prix (both $140 USD).

The average price for 3-day General Admission tickets in 2025 is $257 USD, a 10.8% increase in USD from 2025 ($232 USD). In local currency, GA ticket prices have increased year on year by an average of 7.5%.

The largest local-currency price increases for General Admission tickets in 2026 were at the Dutch Grand Prix (20%), Barcelona Grand Prix (21.6%), Canadian Grand Prix (26%), and Singapore Grand Prix (41.2%).

General Admission access is most expensive at the three races in North America, along with the aforementioned races in Netherlands and Singapore. The most expensive General Admission access on the 2026 calendar is offered at the British Grand Prix ($431), where dynamic pricing is used.

Please Note:

Sometimes known as standing or roaming tickets, General Admission (GA) tickets offer the cheapest access to the circuit but without a reserved seat. It should be noted that the level and quality of access provided in General Admission areas varies considerably across the calendar. Some circuits offer access to various parts of the circuit with viewing platforms, while at other circuits you will be confined to a particular area or zone.

2026 GA tickets are not yet for sale in Miami (Campus Pass), Azerbaijan (GA), Las Vegas (Flamingo GA), Qatar (GA) or Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi Hill). 2025 prices have been used for these races.

GA tickets are not sold in Bahrain or Sao Paulo. For the purposes of this ranking, we provide instead the price of the cheapest grandstand ticket for these races.

Dynamic pricing is used in Britain. 3-day GA tickets have been priced from 269-379 GBP. For this ranking, we’ve used the midpoint value of 324 GBP.

Due to dynamic pricing, the 3-day ticket price for General Admission tickets at the 2026 Spanish Grand Prix (Madring ) have ranged from €195 for ‘early bird’ tickets to €345 for ‘third release’ tickets. We’ve used the average price of €278.

GA (Park Pass) tickets at the 2026 Australian Grand Prix are sold for four days, rather than three days.

Advertised ticket prices for the Las Vegas Grand Prix do not include taxes or fees, which can add as much as 20% to the final purchase price.

Cheapest F1 Grandstand Ticket Prices 2026

The cheapest grandstand seats on the 2026 F1 calendar are offered at the Japanese Grand Prix, where three-day seats in the G or O grandstands will set you back only $140 USD. Affordable seats are also offered at the Bahrain Grand Prix ($186 USD for the Victory grandstand), Sao Paulo Grand Prix ($182 USD for G grandstand), Chinese Grand Prix ($226 USD for E grandstand) and the Hungarian Grand Prix ($234 USD for the Chicane 1/2 grandstands).

The average price for the cheapest 3-day reserved seats at each race in 2026 is $420 USD, an 8% increase in USD from 2025 ($389 USD). In local currency, prices for the cheapest grandstand tickets at each race have increased by an average of 4.7% from 2025 to 2026.

At the other end of the affordability scale, the cheapest 3-day seats will cost you in excess of $500 USD at all three races in the USA, as well as the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid ($518 USD for Bronze grandstands), Dutch Grand Prix ($536 USD for Bronze grandstands), British Grand Prix ($618 USD for Farm Curve grandstand) and most expensive of all, the Monaco Grand Prix ($1,080 for X1/X2 grandstands).

Please Note:

At this price point, most grandstands are uncovered and more likely to offer bench (or bleacher) style seating rather than individual bucket seats. The cheapest grandstands at each race are also more likely to be located on a straight rather than a corner

2026 grandstand tickets are not yet on sale in Austin, Las Vegas, Qatar or Abu Dhabi. 2025 prices were used for the cheapest grandstand at these races.

Dynamic pricing is being used in Britain, but the price of the Farm Curve grandstand did not change before it was sold out

Due to dynamic pricing, the 3-day ticket price for Bronze category grandstand tickets at the 2026 Spanish Grand Prix (Madring) have ranged from €324 for ‘early bird’ tickets to €544 for ‘third release’ tickets. We’ve used the average price of €444.

Grandstand tickets at the 2026 Australian Grand Prix are sold for four days, rather than three days.

Advertised ticket prices for the Las Vegas Grand Prix do not include taxes or fees, which can add as much as 20% to the final purchase price. Grandstand seats in Las Vegas no longer include stadium food and non-alcoholic drinks.

Main Grandstand F1 Ticket Prices 2026

For the third year in succession, the cheapest 3-day seats opposite the pits and starting grid are offered at the Chinese Grand Prix (A Low grandstand tickets for $367 USD). Main grandstand tickets are also relatively affordable at the Bahrain Grand Prix ($517 USD) and Australian Grand Prix ($549 USD for 4-day Fangio grandstand tickets).

The average price for 3-day Main Grandstand tickets in 2026 is $931 USD, a 10.3% increase from 2025 ($844 USD). In local currency, prices for Main Grandstand tickets have increased year on year by an average of 7%.

At the other end of the affordability scale, Main Grandstand tickets at nine races in 2026 are priced in excess of $1,000 for three days (up from seven races in 2025). This includes all three races in the USA (Miami, Austin and Las Vegas), as well as the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid ($1,360 USD for Gold 1,2 grandstands), Singapore Grand Prix ($1,384 USD for Pit grandstand) and Mexico City Grand Prix ($1,678 for grandstands 1,2). Tickets are not yet on sale for this year’s Las Vegas Grand Prix, which last year offered the most expensive main grandstand seats on the calendar ($1,750 USD plus taxes and fees for Heineken Silver Main Grandstand).

Please Note:

Main Grandstand seats are normally covered and are amongst the most expensive seats offered at each race, given that they offer views of both the pits and starting grid, as well as the podium ceremony

2026 Main grandstand tickets are not yet on sale in Austin, Las Vegas, Qatar or Abu Dhabi. 2025 prices were used for the cheapest grandstand at these races.

When there is more than one category of tickets in the Main Grandstand (or more than one grandstand opposite the pits and starting grid), we have chosen the cheapest tickets for the purposes of this ranking

Advertised ticket prices for the Las Vegas Grand Prix do not include taxes or fees, which can add as much as 20% to the final purchase price. Since 2025, grandstand seats in Las Vegas no longer include stadium food and non-alcoholic drinks

Due to dynamic pricing, the 3-day ticket price for Hamilton Straight B grandstand at the 2026 British Grand Prix (Silverstone) has ranged from £599-829 GBP. We’ve used the midpoint value of £714 GBP

Due to dynamic pricing, the 3-day ticket price for Gold 1 and Gold 2 tickets at the 2026 Spanish Grand Prix (Madring) have ranged from €799 for ‘early bird’ tickets to €1,541 for ‘final call’ tickets. We’ve used the average price of €1,162

Please note that grandstand tickets for the 2026 Australian Grand Prix are sold for four days, rather than three days

Due to the unusual track layout at Circuit de Monaco, the pits are not located opposite the starting grid. For this race we’ve chosen Grandstand T Lower for this ticket category, as it faces the pits.

How F1 ticket prices were sourced and how these rankings were calculated:

Prices are for 3-day tickets, unless stated otherwise.

Ticket prices have been taken from official sources (circuit or promoter website) and don’t include any transaction fees or taxes (if applicable).

Regular ticket prices have been used for this ranking, rather than discounted or early-bird ticket prices that are offered for a limited period of time by some race promoters. For races which employ dynamic pricing, we’ve used mid-point or average ticket prices.

Conversions from local currency to USD have been made at current exchange rates (January 2026). It’s worth noting that the USD has fallen against most major currencies over the past 12 months, notably the EURO, in which many ticket prices are denominated.

2026 ticket price lists can be found in the ‘Budget Planner’ sections of our travel guides for every race on the 2026 F1 calendar, with the exception of those races where tickets have not yet gone on sale for 2026.
