Paige Bueckers has never looked back ever since making her WNBA debut in 2025 for the Dallas Wings. Her team may have finished last in the standings but the guard proved her on-court prowess by emerging as the Rookie of the Year.
Bueckers averaged 19.2 points, 3.9 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 1.6 steals per game during her maiden regular season in the W after getting selected as the No.1 overall pick.
In less than a year of her WNBA debut, the Wings guard is now set to make her USA senior national team debut. This month, she will be competing for the stars and stripes in the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup qualifiers in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The event is set to take place from March 11-17. Along with Bueckers, other WNBA stars like Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese will also make their debuts for the national team.
