CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Senior Julia Andreach and graduate student Page Freeman each received All-Atlantic Coast Conference recognition for their outstanding performances on the tennis court this season. It marks the third All-ACC honor for Freeman and the first for Andreach. In total, Fighting Irish women’s tennis has now earned 13 and 14 All-ACC honors since joining the league in 2012.
Andreach completed the 2024 spring season with an impressive 20-3 record, securing a spot in the NCAA Individual Championship Tournament. She ended the fall and spring season with a combined record of 27-5, boasting a .844 winning percentage that ties for 12th all-time in program history. Her 2023-24 season stands out as the best individual season since Kali Krisik’s 2009-10 performance when Krisik finished at 22-4 with a .846 winning percentage. Throughout the spring season, Andreach achieved 10 wins against ranked opponents and posted a 12-1 record in the ACC, showcasing her skills at the top two positions in the lineup.
Having previously received All-ACC recognition in singles, Freeman now adds her first All-ACC doubles accolade, alongside her partner Andreach. The duo earned third team honors after posting a 7-4 season record, including a 6-2 record in ACC play. They also secured two wins against ranked opponents while competing at the top of the doubles lineup.
