During the WNBA All-Star Game in Phoenix, Arizona on July 20, the two rookie superstars teamed up to represent Team WNBA against the US Olympic women’s basketball team. The team, voted on by fans, players, coaches, and members of the media, emerged victorious in the highly-anticipated matchup.
Arike Ogunbowale of the Dallas Wings was named the MVP with 34 points, but it was the collaboration between Clark and Reese that stole the show. Fans had been eagerly awaiting this dynamic pair ever since their NCAA Championship showdown in 2023, which boosted viewership for the sport.
