Just a few months after revealing she is expecting her first child, Anna Karolina Schmiedlova tied the knot with her longtime partner and fellow tennis professional Lukas Klein on August 2, 2025. Since her last appearance on court in February, where she lost in the qualifying rounds of the Qatar TotalEnergies Open, Schmiedlova has taken a step back from competition to focus on motherhood and family. Her husband, 27-year-old Lukas Klein, is currently Slovakia’s top-ranked ATP player, sitting at No. 119 in the world.
