Salita Promotions will be back in Flint, Michigan on Thursday, December 12 with the next installment of BIG TIME BOXING USA. This talent developmental series will showcase some of boxing’s top prospects, including Michigan’s Ardreal “Bossman” Holmes Jr., Joey Spencer, Da’Velle “Hitman 2.0” Smith, and Leon Lawson III.
This event will mark the sixth BIG TIME BOXING USA card since its launch in February and features the strongest lineup to date. The action will take place at Dort Financial Center in Flint, with the top four bouts airing live on DAZN. Tickets for the event go on sale on Wednesday at 11 a.m. ET and can be purchased online HERE or in-person at the Dort Financial Center Box Office.
Flint native Holmes (16-0, 6 KOs) will defend his USBA Junior Middleweight title against French veteran Ahmed El Mousaoui (35-6-1, 9 KOs) in the main event. Spencer (18-1, 11 KOs) will compete in a 10-round bout at 160 pounds, aiming to continue his winning streak after bouncing back from a previous defeat.
Smith, hailed as Detroit’s top middleweight prospect since Tommy Hearns, will face William Townsel (8-1, 6 KOs) from Virginia Beach in what promises to be a thrilling matchup. Lawson (16-1, 9 KOs) will also be in action, looking to extend his winning streak against a yet-to-be-determined opponent.
Worthington (9-0, 7 KOs), a rising star in women’s boxing, will defend her undefeated record in a super lightweight bout. Promoted by Claressa Shields and T-Rex Promotions, Worthington is set to impress fans with her relentless work ethic and skill.
