Australian tennis players Maddison Inglis and Jason Kubler have announced their engagement, sharing three beachside selfies from Rottnest Island in Western Australia.
“Our first time to Rotto was pretty special,” the 27-year-old Inglis wrote on Instagram as she revealed the news to her followers.
Inglis is currently ranked world No. 164. Her most recent match came in late November, when she finished runner-up at the W75 Playford. Earlier in the 2025 season, she also reached the final of the W75 event in Brisbane. Kubler, meanwhile, is ranked No. 196 in the ATP rankings.
The announcement was met with warm congratulations from across the tennis world, with fellow WTA players including Ajla Tomljanovic, Daria Saville, Asia Muhammad, Mirjam Shapovalova, Harriet Dart, and Katie Swan among those sending their best wishes.
