There is another world title fight set today, with Nick Ball defending his WBA featherweight title against Ronny Rios in Liverpool.
The fights will be live streamed from 2 pm ET on ESPN+ in the United States, and also on TNT Sports in the United Kingdom.
Ball (20-0-1, 11 KO) has had a successful year, drawing with Rey Vargas in a WBC title fight in March and then winning the WBA title from Raymond Ford in Riyadh.
This will be Ball’s first fight at home since Feb. 2020, facing American veteran Rios (34-4, 17 KO) who has had a mixed career and is looking to win a world title at 34 years old.
Also on the card:
Henry Turner (13-0, 5 KO) and Jack Rafferty (23-0, 14 KO) will put their undefeated records on the line, with Rafferty’s Commonwealth and vacant British titles at 140 up for grabs.
Cuban lightweight Jadier Herrera (15-0, 13 KO) will face Oliver Flores (31-5-2, 20 KO) from Nicaragua in a 10-round bout.
