A former mixed martial arts gym owner in Illinois was sentenced to 28 years in prison for repeatedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl who was training at his gym at the time of the offenses, having been found guilty of three separate offenses.
Judge James Standard Friday sentenced Beau Admire, 43, to a total of 20 years in prison on the assault charges, and another eight years on the abuse charge.
The defendant was sentenced to 10 years each on Count I and II, to be served at “85%” plus 8 years at “50%” on Count III. Under Illinois law, the sentences must run consecutively.
Admire was arrested in 2022, accused of multiple instances of improper sexual contact with a female who was 13 and 14 at the time. He owned an MMA gym in Monmouth, and later Badger Combatives in Galesburg.
