NEW YORK – The BIG EAST Conference has announced the 2024-25 women’s basketball conference play television schedule. The Bulldogs are set to play two games on SNY and one on FS1. The games against UConn will be broadcast on SNY, with Butler playing at the XL Center on February 2 and hosting the Huskies at Hinkle Fieldhouse on February 22. The lone FS1 game will feature Butler playing at Marquette on January 4.
FOX Sports will broadcast a total of 22 games, including the quarterfinals, semifinals, and championship games of the 2025 BIG EAST Tournament presented by JEEP at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. Four of these games will air on FOX. This will be the fourth consecutive year that BIG EAST women’s basketball will be featured on the network. Additionally, CBS Sports Network will air two matchups, while SNY will cover 18 regular-season games, including 14 during conference play.
For the tenth consecutive year, the BIG EAST Digital Network presented by Invesco QQQ will stream every conference game not shown on television. FloSports, the home of BEDN, will also stream all school-produced games, with over 120 total women’s basketball contests available on the platform. FloSports offers both monthly and annual subscriptions, and BIG EAST member institution students and faculty will have access to discounts as part of an expanded agreement. Additional content on BEDN’s YouTube channel includes “In The Bonus,” the Conference’s weekly women’s basketball feature series.
The BIG EAST will once again play an 18-game conference schedule for the 2024-25 season, with schools facing eight opponents twice and two opponents once. This unbalanced schedule allows for greater flexibility in scheduling non-conference games.
The 2025 BIG EAST Women’s Basketball Tournament Presented by JEEP will return to Mohegan Sun Arena for the fifth consecutive year. FS1 and FS2 will air the quarterfinals, semifinals, and championship games of the tournament. Quarterfinal coverage on March 8 will start on FS1 at noon ET, with FS2 taking over for the 2:30 p.m., 7 p.m., and 9:30 p.m. games. FS1 will continue to broadcast the remainder of the tournament, with the semifinals on March 9 scheduled for 2:30 and 5 p.m. The championship game will tip off at 7 p.m. on March 10. FloSports will televise the first-round games on March 7.
