Recently, video footage has emerged showing Brendan Allen and Marvin Vettori engaged in a public brawl. Allen, known as ‘All In’, has been on a winning streak, with seven consecutive victories, positioning himself for a top 5 spot in the middleweight division. Vettori, ranked ahead of Allen, seems to have some animosity towards him.
During the PFL 8: 2024 Playoffs, Allen and Vettori were seen exchanging punches. The video captures Allen aggressively attacking Vettori, causing a chaotic scene that was eventually diffused by security.
After the incident, it was revealed that Vettori attempted to hit Tuco Tokkos, a fellow Kill Cliff member of Brendan Allen. Allen intervened and landed a significant blow on Vettori, leading to the brawl that was captured on video.
Despite their altercation, Vettori and Allen were previously scheduled to fight at a UFC event, which was eventually replaced by another matchup due to Vettori’s withdrawal. The brawl at the PFL event even caught the attention of UFC CEO Dana White, who humorously commented on the situation.
“Had to be fight of the night if it was at PFL,” White quipped on social media.
