INDIANAPOLIS – Butler will host the Seton Hall Pirates on Sunday afternoon at Hinkle Fieldhouse, marking the final regular season game of the season for the Bulldogs. Butler will honor seniors Lilly Stoddard and Chloe Jeffers in a pregame senior day ceremony. The matchup with the Pirates will be televised live on Peacock with tip-off scheduled for 3:30 p.m.

ABOUT THE BULLDOGS
Butler (11-18, 5-14 BE) is coming off a 71-64 victory over DePaul on Wednesday evening in Chicago. Anna Wypych and Saniya Jackson combined for 40 points as Butler secured its second-consecutive league victory on Wednesday night.Â
Wypych was spectacular against DePaul pouring in a career-high 21 points on 6-for-12 shooting. Wypych was 7-for-8 from the charity stripe and added one assist, three rebounds and a steal to her stat line.Â
Saniya Jackson recorded her second double-double of the season on Wednesday, tallying 19 points on a perfect 8-for-8 shooting performance from the floor. Jackson grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds and added an assist and three steals.Â
Lily Zeinstra rounded out the Bulldogs in double figures at DePaul, chipping in 13 points on an efficient 5-for-6 shooting effort. Zeinstra added a rebound, two assists and a block against the Blue Demons.Â
Butler has posted double digit assists in 17 of 19 league games this season. Butler recorded 20 assists as a team against DePaul behind a game-high eight assists from Mallory Miller.Â
Saniya Jackson leads the BU offense, averaging 9.5 points per game. The redshirt sophomore is shooting 49.3-percent from the floor and 31.3-percent from beyond the arc. Saniya Jackson leads the squad on the glass, pulling down 5.4 rebounds per game.
Saniya Jackson was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday, Jan. 26, after an impressive week for the Dawgs. The redshirt sophomore tallied her first career double-double against DePaul (1/21), pouring in a career-high in points (22) and rebounds (10) en route to a 73-67 win over the Blue Demons.Â
Butler’s two freshmen, Addison Baxter and Wypych, have been solid contributors this season for BU averaging 19.1 and 16.2 minutes per game, respectively. Baxter, a 2025 Indiana All-Star from Columbia City, is averaging 5.9 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 0.9 steals per game. She is shooting 43.6-percent from the floor and is sinking 77.4-percent of her attempts from the charity stripe. Wypych posts 6.0 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game. The Michigan native has been impressive from the floor, shooting 44.4-percent while sinking 37.1-percent of her shots from behind the arc.Â
BU is in the top 100 nationally in bench points per game (22.1; 67th) and free throw percentage (73.9%; 94th).
Austin Parkinson is in his fourth season at the helm of the Bulldogs. Parkinson has led the squad to 42 wins in his first three seasons.
SCOUTING SETON HALL
Seton Hall (18-10, 12-7 BE) is coming off an 82-52 loss to Villanova on Thursday evening. Zahara Bishop led the Pirates with 19 points in the contest.Â
Savannah Catalon leads a quartet of Pirates averaging double figures, posting 14.2 points per game. Marina Valenzuela (12.9), Jordana Codio (11.5) and Jada Eads (10.6) round out the Pirates averaging double figures.Â
Valenzuela paces the squad on the glass, pulling down 7.5 rebounds per game.Â

Butler is 6-20 all-time against Seton Hall dating back to 2014. Earlier this season, BU suffered a 70-51 defeat in South Orange.Â
