Describing LSU star Flau’jae Johnson as multi-talented would be an understatement. In addition to excelling in college basketball, she is also a skilled rapper and now a podcaster. Flau’jae recently appeared on her new show with Overtime to discuss her experience at a busy WNBA All-Star weekend. She shared her thoughts on the standout players of the season so far, including a rookie whose jersey she was eager to acquire at the event.
Flau’jae highlighted Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark as one of the standout players, but not before expressing admiration for Chicago Sky star Chennedy Carter. She praised Carter’s skills on the court, likening her to basketball legend Allen Iverson. Johnson also mentioned her disappointment that Carter didn’t make the All-Star team.
Flau’jae also commended Clark’s performance, noting her impressive stats in a recent game where she nearly achieved a 20-20 milestone. This game also saw Clark breaking records for assists and points in a single WNBA game.
In addition to praising others, Flau’jae has been busy with her own projects. The rapper, basketball player, and podcaster recently released her latest project “Best of Both Worlds”, which features a collaboration with Lil’ Wayne.
