The Indiana Fever have three players participating in the 2024 WNBA All-Star Game: center Aliyah Boston, and guards Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell.
A 12-player squad of WNBA players will play the team that will represent the United States in the 2024 Paris Olympics on July 20 in Phoenix.
The Fever have become the team to watch, thanks in large part to Clark’s presence after a record-setting college career that resulted in two national championship game appearances. They have set attendance records for themselves and other teams, while some of their games have produced unprecedented TV viewership.
After several seasons at or near the bottom of the standings, the Fever (11-5) are in the playoff hunt this season.

“That’s what you dream of as a young kid, getting to represent your country,” Clark said after a recent win over Minnesota. “And, obviously, me and (Fever teammate Aliyah Boston) having the experience of playing for the junior national team, we know how fun that is and how cool that is to wear ‘USA’ across your chests.”

What did Cheryl Reeve say about Caitlin Clark?
Before a recent game in Minnesota vs. the Indiana Fever, Lynx coach Cheryl Reeve – who is also the Team USA coach for the Olympics – brushed off a question regarding Clark.
“Why the hell would I answer a national team question?” Reeve said. “I’m wearing Lynx. And I’m the head coach of the national team, but I’m not the chair of the committee. Anybody want to venture into anything else?”
After that game, a Fever win, Reeve acknowledged Clark’s influence on the WNBA.
“Everybody knows that the reason why our teams around the league are having sellouts is because Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever are coming to town,” Reeve said.
