Caitlin Clark Narrowly Misses Her First Hole-In-One [WATCH]

Like many professional athletes, Caitlin Clark was asked what she would be doing in the offseason after her Indiana Fever was eliminated from the WNBA Playoffs. She answered similarly to other athletes with some downtime. Golf. It’s no secret that Clark loves the game of golf. She competed with Zach Johnson at the John Deere Classic when she was at the University of Iowa and will also take part in an LPGA Pro-Am in November. It turns out, Clark has got some game!

It shouldn’t surprise anyone that Clark is great at golf. She excelled at many sports when she was young. She just happened to choose basketball. But you have to wonder what Caitlin Clark could have done on the soccer field or the golf course. The Cedar Rapids Gazette reports that on Monday, Clark posted a video of her hitting the links with fellow Fever teammate Lexi Hull. While playing a par 3, Clark nearly hits a hole-in-one.

Is there anything that Clark isn’t good at? She reacts just like the rest of us do when we hit an amazing golf shot. I’ll have to just assume this is how I’d act as most of my golf shots end up somewhere other than the green.

The Wednesday Pro-Am of The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican is open to the public. The event is hosted by LPGA legend Annika Sorenstam. There should be plenty of #22 jerseys on the golf course that day in Florida.
