After a loss to the Minnesota Lynx on Friday, the Indiana Fever bounced back with a 100-94 overtime victory against the Atlanta Dream.
The Fever’s key players shined in the win. Kelsey Mitchell scored 21 points, Caitlin Clark had 26 points, 12 assists, and 5 rebounds, while Aliyah Boston dominated with 30 points and 13 rebounds.
Atlanta suffered a tough loss, dropping to a 12-23 season record and missing the WNBA Playoffs picture by a game, following Chicago Sky’s win against the Los Angeles Sparks.
With both teams fighting for playoff berths and home-court advantage, the atmosphere at Gainbridge Fieldhouse was intense.
