Caitlin Clark achieved a significant career milestone by appearing on the cover of TIME Magazine as Athlete of the Year, with fellow WNBA star Cameron Brink celebrating her remarkable accomplishment.
Brink, aged 22, showed support for Clark through her Instagram stories on Tuesday, December 10. The Los Angeles Sparks player posted the TIME cover and wrote, “Congrats MODELLLL.”
Clark had an outstanding 2024 season in the WNBA. She was awarded the league’s Rookie of the Year, set a record for assists in a game, and led her team, the Indiana Fever, to the playoffs. Fever games were frequently sold out, as women’s basketball fans were eager to witness the sport’s biggest star in action.

Meanwhile, Brink’s 2024 WNBA season was cut short due to an MCL injury suffered in June. However, the 6’4″ forward remained active on social media and was featured in the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition.
Her support for Clark, along with Clark’s achievements, demonstrate that women’s basketball is emerging as a formidable presence.
