In Week 1, the Chiefs were 3-point home favorites against the Baltimore Ravens — and won their season opener 27-20. The Bengals, however, are coming off a stunning 16-10 loss to the New England Patriots — a contest in which they had been favored by 9.5 points.
The teams last met in Week 17 of the 2023 season, when the Chiefs collected a 25-17 victory that clinched their eighth consecutive division title and locked them into the third seed of the AFC playoffs. Before that, Kansas City had defeated Cincinnati 23-20 in 2022’s AFC Championship.
