The teams last met in Week 17 of the 2023 season, when the Chiefs collected a 25-17 victory that clinched their eighth consecutive division title and locked them into the third seed of the AFC playoffs. Before that, Kansas City had defeated Cincinnati 23-20 in 2022’s AFC Championship.
