Larry Eder
Larry Eder has been involved in the sport of athletics for 52 years. He has participated in the sport as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now, as a journalist and blogger. His first article, about Don Bowden, America’s first sub-4 minute miler, was published in RW in 1983. Larry has published multiple magazines on athletics, including American Athletics and the U.S. edition of Spikes magazine. Currently, he oversees the content and marketing development of the RunningNetwork, The Shoe Addicts, and RunBlogRun. Regarding RunBlogRun, his daily engagement with the sport, Larry shares: “I must confess, I enjoy traveling to distant competitions, writing about the sport I cherish, and the athletes I admire, for the readers at runblogrun.com, more than anything else I have ever done, except, perhaps, running itself.” He also provides updates for BBC Sports at major events, a task he truly relishes.
