This is my daily chat with #RunBlogRun viewers and track fans on all things track & field!
This is Coffee with Larry for Thursday, August 8, 2024.
Coffee with Larry is sponsored by OMIUS, the cooling technology partner of RunBlogRun!
OMIUS (www.Omius.io) provides cooling technology in a hat, visor, and headband.
Simple to use, add cooling cubes to your hat or visor, spray some water on the cubes, and go to your workout. Add water every 30-45 minutes to keep you cool! The technology works like sweat in the human body. #keepcool
