Larry Eder has been involved in the sport of athletics for 52 years. He has participated in the sport as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now as a journalist and blogger. His first article, which was published in RW in 1983, featured Don Bowden, America’s first sub-4 minute miler. Larry has launched numerous magazines focusing on athletics, such as American Athletics and the U.S. version of Spikes magazine. Currently, he oversees the content and marketing development of RunningNetwork, The Shoe Addicts, and RunBlogRun. Regarding his daily engagement with running through RunBlogRun, Larry expresses his love for traveling to various meets, writing about the sport he loves, and highlighting athletes he respects for his readers at runblogrun.com.
