Larry Eder
Larry Eder has been involved in the sport of athletics for 52 years. He has participated in the sport as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and currently as a journalist and blogger. His first article, which was published in RW in 1983, was about Don Bowden, America’s first sub-4 minute miler. Larry has published numerous magazines on athletics, including American Athletics and the U.S. version of Spikes magazine. He is currently responsible for managing the content and marketing development of the RunningNetwork, The Shoe Addicts, and RunBlogRun. Regarding his daily work with RunBlogRun, Larry expresses: “I must admit, I enjoy traveling to distant competitions, writing about the sport I love, and the athletes I admire, for my readers at runblogrun.com, more than anything else I have ever done, except maybe running itself.” He also provides updates for BBC Sports at major events, a role he truly appreciates.
