Larry Eder
Larry Eder has a 52-year history in the athletics world. He has been involved as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, journalist, and blogger. Larry’s first article, featuring Don Bowden, the first American sub-4 minute miler, was published in RW in 1983. He has worked on magazines such as American Athletics and the U.S. edition of Spikes magazine. Currently, Larry oversees content and marketing for the RunningNetwork, The Shoe Addicts, and RunBlogRun. In regards to RunBlogRun, his daily dedication to the sport, Larry expresses his love for writing about athletics and the athletes he admires. He also contributes updates for BBC Sports at major events, which he finds truly enjoyable. Larry’s theme song is Greg Allman’s “I’m no Angel.”
