Larry Eder
Larry Eder has been involved in the sport of athletics for 52 years. He has participated in the sport as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now as a journalist and blogger. His first article, which was published in RW in 1983, was on Don Bowden – America’s first sub-4 minute miler. Larry has published numerous magazines on athletics, ranging from American Athletics to the U.S. version of Spikes magazine. Currently, he oversees the content and marketing development of the RunningNetwork, The Shoe Addicts, and RunBlogRun. Regarding his daily commitment to RunBlogRun, Larry shares, “I must admit, I enjoy traveling to distant competitions, writing about the sport I love, and the athletes I admire for my readers on runblogrun.com, more than anything I’ve ever done, except perhaps running itself.” He also provides updates for BBC Sports during significant events, a role he truly relishes.
